Jul 22, 2023(July 18) $100,000 Stolen In Checks From Rocky Mount Post Office Since January
Residents in Rocky Mount want answers as checks continue to be stolen from the post office. WRAL News reported in April that a church had $15,000 stolen in forged checks that they mailed from the very same post office.
On Monday, a Rocky Mount business said nearly $100,000 worth of their checks has been stolen from inside a post office since January.
The business owner, who wished to remain anonymous, said the latest theft happened just last week.

(July 14) SWFL Crime Stoppers Searching For Church Burglar | Fort Myers, FL
Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is seeking information on an unknown male suspect who burglarized a Church in downtown Fort Myers.
Crime Stoppers said on July 6, the man burglarized First Presbyterian Church in downtown Fort Myers at 2438 Second Street.
The suspect smashed a window on a door to gain entry. However, after the alarm sounded, he fled the location.
